Læsø Salt

Læsø is famous for its unique salt. In the southern part of the island you'll find Læsø Saltworks where they make salt the old fashioned way, in open pans over a bonfire. At the Saltworks you can learn about the process and some of the tasty Læsø salt for yourself.
