Læsø is naturally blessed with the finest raw materials from both the sea, the forest and the field. The clean water, the salty air and the lean soil, together with some very talented and dedicated growers, collectors and fishermen, offer guests all opportunities for great tasting.
Some experiences are planned such as the Virgin Lobster Festival, Læsø Summer Cooking School and Madens Day, others are up to the individual; a tray of strawberries and a glass of honey, a turkey over the cutter side, or self-picked salt watch in the salad. Also try the famous Læsø Ice cream.
